Impulsive Wear Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Impulsive Wear. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date if it meets the following criteria:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item is not a personalized or custom-made product.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@impulsivewear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the order confirmation or receipt, along with the return authorization number.
  • Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction and post the funds to your account.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@impulsivewear.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will provide further instructions.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 14 days of receiving the return approval notification, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the transaction to be processed. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@impulsivewear.com.
